365 Day 146 - Nesting under the clock
31 May 2014 9:46PM Views : 352 Unique : 299Today Holly and I went to Cardiff, her reward for sitting for me for my portrait work on my OCA course. My intention was to photograph her on the train, maybe looking out of the window with her reflection in the window but as we sat in the station in Cardiff waiting for our train home, I spotted this on the roof opposite the platform, a seagull had found the perfect nesting spot, at the base of the chimney, under the clock. I am all too familiar with seagulls nesting having worked in Shire Hall in Gloucester for 20 years and would usually consider them to be a real pest, however when not affected by the mess and the noise, I found this one quite appealing!
