365 Day 149 - Holly relaxing

My time has been spent finishing off my first assignment for my OCA People and Place course and I'm using one of the images from my assignment series for today's upload.
The brief for the assignment was to take between 5 and 7 portrait photographs of 1 person, each of which should be from a different photo session and also different in style; so head and shoulders, torso, full length, natural light, artificial light, etc. My 13 year old granddaughter, Holly has been a great model, very calm and patient and very receptive to direction which has been a great boost to my confidence in terms of taking photographs of people, so it was she I chose as my assignment model. This photographs represents, a full length portrait where the model is engaged in some type of activity, the idea being that she was preoccupied and not looking at the camera.
