365 Day 167 - Balamory - what's the story?
25 Jun 2014 7:00PM Views : 308 Unique : 241Anyone who has young children or grandchildren will be familiar with the CBeebies television programme Balamory which is set in Tobermory on the Isle of Mull. The colourful houses along the seafront and some others in upper Tobermory feature in the programme as does Daisy the Bus, a real mini bus that we followed into the town. The town has really cashed in on the programme and why not - there is a little shop/museum packed with Balimory merchandise. We had a lovely day there with fish and chips in the harbour café - best we tasted on our whole trip!
