365 Day 21 - Ladies golf this afternoon
21 Jan 2014 4:39PM Views : 397 Unique : 334It is not easy trying to concentrate on playing golf and taking photographs at the same time and my playing partners were very patient with me today under the circumstances.
Tuesday is Ladies Afternoon at our local club although the ground has been so wet lately that it is a few weeks since I last joined them. The boggy ground has meant a ban on trollies and I struggle to carry my clubs but this afternoon we were restricted to 5 clubs and a putter and this was manageable. I won't say too much about the scores. Suffice to say that I didn't win the weekly trip to the Caribbean, but I did enjoy being out in the fresh air for a while and catching up with everybody over a cup of tea after the game. This picture was taken on the approach to the 8th hole, I didn't go in the lake unlike one of my playing partners, in fact this was one of my best holes today.
