365 Day 219 - Is this contemporary art?

This a very odd photograph I know but I have taken it for a reason. The course I'm working on requires me to read a book called 'The photograph as contemporary art' by Charlotte Cotton and what hard work it is too (in my opinion). One of the chapters in the book discusses and shows photographs of ordinary places with evidence that people have been there. Most of the photographs are taken from series' of photographs taken by authors who are trying to document something in particular so maybe the fact that they are shown in isolation is what make them hard for me to follow. I have to say I am struggling with the book and what anyone might see in a photograph like this. ...and as far as it being classed as art is concerned, well..... but I shall just smile and carry on. So here is my first attempt at showing evidence that somebody has been here but without the person.
