365 Day 27 - No, I haven't fallen by the wayside
28 Jan 2014 11:07PM Views : 292 Unique : 224I'm sure that anyone following this will be thinking that I've fallen by the wayside already, didn't even last a month, well I haven't, not yet anyway although I have two posts to make today to catch up.
Yesterday, 27th January did not go according to plan. It started wet as seems to be the norm at the moment so I took a quite shot out of the kitchen window of the puddle on my neighbour's drive just in case. I have an OCA course going for assessment in March and had decided to spend the day pulling some of my work together for that and maybe take a picture of some of the stuff that was ready to go, so far so good. Then I got a phone call saying that figures were needed for a meeting in Thursday night and as I was going to be out all of today and tomorrow, spent the next 4 hours trying to sort that out. It wasn't until this morning that I realised that I had not uploaded my picture. Just as well I thought to take it when I did or there wouldn't have been one for day 27!

It's surprisingly easy to forget, or to think you've uploaded a shot when you haven't!
It's always a cunning plan to take a shot early in the day. Even if it's rubbish, it's still counts!
The alternative is to dash outside just before midnight (it will invariably be raining) in a vain attempt to get a shot of next door's cat or anything, just to fill the void that should have been that day's upload.
