365 day 84 - Hereford Town Hall
26 Mar 2014 6:50PM Views : 281 Unique : 219A trip to Hereford today and one of the buildings I pass on my way into the centre after my appointment is Hereford Town Hall.
It is a very ornate grade 2 listed building with a baroque frontage and false balconies build about 1904 and still serves as the municipal offices today. I have never been in side although there are reports that it is haunted, but the outside does fascinate me so that is the subject of today's picture. I have taken the picture at an angle as I wouldn't have got as much in taking it face on with the lens I had on my camera. I was also thinking though that I would be able to make the verticals converge even more if I couldn't straighten them up.
