Living Desert

Well I'm so glad you could laugh with me about the security system. To answer some questions, the chain drags on the forest floor and the other side was clumsily welded to an iron post.

It was time for something more cheerful ! Here is the desert somewhere back o'Bourke after a rare downpour. Scanned it many years ago and only added the frame. The colours are real.
I've added a crop of the orginal size scan, as some of seem to thnk that the image has been doctored. I only cropped it a bit on the right and removed some of the scanner fluid. there is even some I forgot in the sky Smile

Wow -- a great shot of desert wild flowers. So many times I went off to the desert when the wildflowers are supposed to be in bloom and so often I have come back disappointed.
