OK -- this is the type of photo I love:
Quick candid shot, in a real life situation with everything going against the photographer (bad lighting, cramped quarters, strangers in the shot, etc.)
The beauty of this shot is that it takes me into a world that is not familiar to me.

I love the clutter and can pick out interesting little tid bits -- like the mannequin heads used to display the head coverings.
The framing is perfect. You were able to keep the name of the shop in frame.
This composition works well too. The viewer is privy to the fact that this is just one of many small shops crowded next to each other.

Beyond the main shop, things a tad dark but, given the circumstances, I'm not sure what you could have done to correct that.
