Tyrone Gorse Fires

By ANNIEKERR
A photo of the entire skyline on fire outside Donemana in Co Tyrone taken when it was nearly dark so my camera was struggling to focus - and I was struggling with how to correct it! Sad (still so much to learn!!) Many many miles of beautiful heather and countryside totally devastated a few weeks ago by terrible gorse fires all over Northern Ireland. The sheep appear completely oblivious to the oncoming fires. thanks for checking out my photo tho! Smile

Great capture, thought it was a sunset at first. I love the sheep in the foreground just taking no notice.

You did great to get this at all Kerrie Anne - hard to have such a vista of them but be in a safe -place as well. They devastated a lot of Donegal as well as you know.

Your EXIF says 13 seconds - was it really? I'm amazed the sheep stayed still for that long, you must have hypnotised them Smile
