Oooh thanks folks, didnt expect this one to go down too well, old cliches and all that. I dont do much DM stuff these days, takes too long and I lost the first one of these because I forgot which one I'd got open and closed the wrong picture, tut! But when I've got something to do I've got to finish it so another hour later another version. Thanks everyone for all your comments, all very much appreciated. K.

LOL @ Fred.
Nice idea K!
(Though personally I would've set the tea cup on a clean table, and kept the storm in the tea-cup... just to keep the cliche)

Jen the colouring was a blend mode and a gradient layer in PS. Shawry it involved several layers and a bit of jiggery pokery, all the pictures were taken in bright sunlight apart from the sky which was overcast so I had a bit of a job getting it to look stormy. Matt I did try no background but it just looked a mess might have another go with some other images see if it works better. Thanks for all the comments folks and remind me never to go to Freds if he opens again Wink K.

It doesn't matter where the idea came from K, the point is you have put it onto paper so to speak. An inspirational image, that has been well thought out and put together. I said it to you before and I'll say it again. I only wish I had your imagination, well done flower!
