Great Abel

By AntHolloway
This is the bell, called Great Abel, that sounds out the time from the top of the tower of Manchester Town Hall.

This image provides a view from the horizontal to more than vertical, looking up the spire. This was taken during a workshop run by Cultured Places and Andrew Brooks, looking at how he creates multiple image composite panoramas.

In this case I've used 9 images to record the view, with the original composite image having a size of 8K x 11K pixels or 93 Megapixels.
