Not a good place to be standing with a camera! good dramatic shot, but could do with being a little darker (on my screen anyway).

Maybe you could crop a little from the left to make more of the wanves within the shot, but I like it as it is as well. I'm guessing it's Happisburgh?

A good shot! hope your camera didnt get too wet!!!

As stated above, the image could do with a crop, in from the right to remove that groyne that doesn't do anything for the shot. Also i feel there is a bit to much sky, and as the clouds are not overly dramatic i think they are not needed. So this will help to focus on the waves crashing!!

I also think this shot will work well in BW, giving it an enhanced dramatic feel!

I have uploaded a mod with the crop i have suggested and also a conversion!

I hope you like it x x x

I like this a lot. If you take another look at the low cloud in the sky it kind of gives an underwater look to it. The wooden posts making the shot more rugged. I think the modification looks great too. However, if you were to work in colour may be a dash of pink in the sky would be effective.

All the same, think it was worth it to get wet. Nice work.

Good moody shot Anthony and welcome to the site !

Im sensing a double exposure blend with that odd wave line bottom right hand third ?

Cool work though , maybe experiment with various crop ratios , exclude and balance if it was hard to get the scene in cam.

Thought the eye needed a stronger focal point, the black angular thing on the left and the dark half groyne on the right arent adding a great deal to the scene.

That sky was just perfect for a curves adjustment. Let us know what software if you post again , lightroom , p.s etc.

This is very nice indeed. Super in nearly every way. Just that structure at the extreme left rear pulling the eyes a touch.
