Hi, thank you for taking the time to look at my Portfolio, I appreciate all criticisms, and would like to see more, especially where negative, it would help greatly in realising what is good and hopefully improve my images.

Not the Angel o' North ! by Arcticfox
Thank you Antony, this one is a long way from Cardiff, N/E coast of Scotland, about 50 miles north Aberdeen. Springing up like weeds now, a bit concerning, were good landmarks when they were not so common.
Been trying to get something a bit different of one of these, never had much success, so another try and liked this one and a couple of others I took.
You going to put one of your up?

Very nice, like also your other image to show in daylight.
(PS, is it a multiple remote flash shot or floodlights?)

Great portfolio Ian, your model photographs are very tasteful, think you have a good raport with your subjects . Nice concepts as well, keep the mind working on new.
PS, must say, very unusual profile pic, is this another hobby?

Hi Stuart, like you a novice, and I was reading the forums and saw your thread on polorizers. I too have a FX30 and recenty purchase a polorizer filter, but although I see it working in subdueing reflections I have not seen the "brilliant blue" sky yet! How you getting on with your? I wondered if it was the camera not playing nicely with it or perhaps its just me! (yep, do revolve it to get best "effect") Peter- 19 Jun 2006 2:23PM

A great Portfolio Colin, deserves far more attention than you have received, one of this sites anomalies I think.
