I used small aperture as many experienced here suggested. The problem is shaking because of slow shutter speed, so i tried use timer and it help a little. Comment and critique welcome.

Gorgeous sky. You must have used a tripod for a 2.5 second shot, but it is still doesn't look pin sharp though it is quite hard to tell as the detail is very small here. You also sound a bit disappointed with sharpness. Did you sharpen after reducing the size? Was it at all hazy in the distance when you took the shot? What did you focus on? Could your tripod have moved, maybe through wind or vibration? Is your camera snugly attached to the tripod? If the original is sharper, then there are some nice crops to be had, bringing the pylon nearer the third (bit of a cliche, but it does work) and maybe making the base stronger.

Well, congratulations for handholding for that length of time - but I do think a tripod would be a good idea!!! As it was dark and also because the tower is small, it may have been hard for your camera to focus. You might have to focus on high contrast edge (eg the edge of the silhouette) half hold the shutter, recompose, lock off your tripod and then shoot. Or you could focus manually if this is possible on your camera.

Tripod is needed. If you have a tripod this could be a great picture!!
