Cupid's Dart

By cattyal
I've been waiting all week for an opportunity to take some pics of these flowers as by the time I get back from work they've closed up. Rather than cut them today I thought I'd just take a few in situ and with the f1.8 lens they do come out nicely.

All I've done with this is remove an errant stem, resize and sharpen - for once no faffing Smile

A very different style for you, and one which is extremely beautiful. You should do more like this. The 1.8 lens is a gem for floral shots.
This is top notch.

Thanks again everyone Smile

I do play with the camera quite a lot in the garden but very rarely upload any of the results. Sadly it'll be Saturday week before I can do any more of these flowers - I'm out all this coming weekend. I do wish they'd stay open a bit later in the evening!
