This is a photo of the traffic entering and leaving the Hague on the Utrechtsebaan underneath the Nationale Nederlanden building in Holland. Minutes after arriving here the lights under the bridge were turned off, so this is a 2 image composite with one exposure for the bridge lit up and the second for the traffic trails.
