a very nice candid shot, but i find it a little underexposed; that, together with the rather cold tones, gave me a rather sad feeling. i don't know if my mod fits your taste, but i just tried to cheer it all up a little; i adjusted the exposure to make the color of the eyes more visible (as it's a wonderful shade of deep blue) and then decreased a little the blue channel, to warm it up... i would have blurred a little the hair on the forehead, as it is obvious that is where the focus point happened to be, but i didn't have the time to do so. i'll just mention it here, as a suggestion...

A lovely shot and nicely composed, how can't you love those eyes.
Convention says you shouldn't chop off the top of the head or chin in portrait shots, but it really doesn't matter here as we have everything we need to know in what you have. My guess is that this was either a pure candid or very quickly and simply posed, and on that basis is well taken and exposed. However it would have improved the shot significantly if there had been more light on the face, ideally from a reflector for colour balance - you can usually grab a piece of white(ish) paper if you don't have a reflector. We can of course compensate on the computer, but it's never quite as good and unless you're shooting RAW can quickly start to show colour banding. My other main crit is that I think it would have been so much nicer as a picture you would want to frame without the dummy- but I can only guess as to what the consequences of removing it might have been.

- brightened overall with a levels adjustment layer which also darkened blacks slightly
- warmed up the skin tones a touch with enhance > adjust color > adjust...skin tones
- lightened and saturated the eyes a touch with selective levels and hue/sat adjustments
- added an vignette to help concentrate the viewers attention on the face
- darkened the dummy slightly with a selective levels adjustment
