Old Love, New Passion

For the New Year I decided to do a self-portrait. Plenty of things have changed in my life, but overall old love and new passions exist and flourish.

I used to play the violin quite a bit when I was younger. I was thoroughly tutored in it and enjoyed every minute of practice. Life is such that I couldn't pursue it further. That's my old love. My new passion is photography. Love it Love it Love it!! What has remained constant in my life is my adoration of the colour red.

This is my piece.

Only addition is the spot light texture. Everything else is photograph.
