I just completed a college course and we were not allowed to use digital, every time I clicked I still looked at the back of the camera ...anyway I got to develop and print my own pics which was cool

I like this, moreso because I didn't know that you'd taken it, but it's a really nice study. It's one of those shots that makes you feel like there's *always* something worth photographing, if you just look hard enough.

The depth of field is sufficient that the focus is on the hands and the film, but there's enough detail that you can still make out the camera and understand the context of what is occurring. The B&W treatment works well; knowing that top of mine - it would've overpowered the image if this had been left in colour. There is also a great dichotomy between the B&W treatment of the digital file, whilst the subject is of B&W film being loaded into an old school camera.

Job's a good 'un fella.
