I do envy you for your patience as I tried to catch some Badger shots and sat from evening to sunrise with no luck at all, so as I started to pack the equipment away out they came and I'm sure they where smiling !

Fine shot.

Excellent shot. Great detail. I have a sett nearby to where I live and keep meaning to try for some shots. Do you find that they get used to the flash?

Absolutely beautiful, and great to see. I too envy your patience, we have badgers our way but most of the ones I actually see are dead by the roadside...
1 Jun 2007 10:18AM
Yes Steve, they get used to the torch and the flash, the shutter noise is the main problem.

Great capture again Fred, I echo what Moira has said most of the Badgers I see are on the roadside.

Best Matt

Cheers Fred. I'll look forward to giving it a bash at some point. I've sat and watched them lots of times, and have them visit my garden most nights too but have never got around to photographing them yet.
