New Years Eve 2008!

By bangalicious
Evening All.

This photo was taken on new years eve for a dance group and I would really appreciate comments. The dance group wanted a selection of photos for their website, I feel I have a good set of results.

The composition and lighting looks super to me. Not sure about the arm over her head but, if this is a fair sample of the pictures you took, then you have done a good job

Lovely detail and lighting. I do think the right arm could have been better placed. John

Great shot Anil i agree with the arm but i take it you got a few in this pose with different arm positions. I would have put a light on in the right rear corner just to take the darkness off that area and another flash behind the model just to make her and the dress stand out more normally called a hair light but could be used to light up around the body as well
Great shot

great capture but agree with Steve above additional fill in lights would have made the image more powerful, lit up the dancer and left the surround in the dark.
