Cycad Blue

By ChiliMan
First off, thank you all SO much for your comments and advice on what SLR my friend Karen might get for her hubby for Christmas SmileSmile

Second, I love the response and comments on the tattooed car. Ta Grin

Now thenÖhere are some shots from yesterday of a butterfly which thankfully wasnít too flitty when I tried to get some shots of it. He seems to be missing a couple of bits, though. Battle scars, I imagine, but at least he survived to see another day or two Smile

It is about 2cm long and Iím quite sure itís a Cycad Blue (Chilades pandava pandava).

V1 for me Andrew - damage is hardly visible - I think its such a shame when beautiful butterflies get damaged.

What a little charmer, Andrew. I am very drawn to V6 with the butterfly and flower bud, a lovely combination.

I missed these yesterday - don't quite know how - they're excellent and I love v1! He has such fine detail and a lovely pose. I'm glad he's still flitting around despite his disabilities. Smile
