I have just read in the news that to diet at this time of year is bad for you. Bad, because if you diet and catch the flu your body is not ready to fight off infection. So the few pounds I want to loose will have to wait for warmer weather and no risk of catching the flu.
A load off my mind, as this is a study report, and so i'm taking notice.
So the diet is shelved for the next couple of months, and I can relax.
I shall still try walking to the town centre and will catch the bus back as opposed to catching the bus both ways. I shall also delcline the biscut with the coffee.
It is also apparently bad for you to make new year resloutions. If you do so you are more likely to become depressed as you have not achieved the resolution , and so you become unhappy, and lack confidence. . But as I did not make a new year resolution , that piece of advice can be shelved.
