A Cornflower ..

Hi everyone,
I originally thought this was a scabious flower. Now I'm thinking Cornflower .. lol
I nipped off the best bloom I could see in my garden, photo'd it set on macro, hand held,
with a light grey card underneath.
Hope you like it.

Barbara this is a wonderful image, the colours and detail are really crisp. Thanks for the name, I have been trying to keep one alive in a glass to take to the garden centre tomorrow..okay my wife has.

Oh and thanks for the confirmation the name was wrong,
I've changed it from Scabious. I shall lay the blame with my
dear late Mum, she told me that's what they were called decades ago !
lol.
