Singing ringing tree.

By Barleybank
The Singing ringing tree is a 'panopticon' a wind powered musical sculpture situated on Crown point, high on the Pennine hills above Burnley, Lancashire. The wind passing through the various size tubes produces a melodic sound covering several octaves.
