Having started at Castlerigg Stone Circle (more of that later!) I then went to Derwentwater, and on arrival I was met with these lovely reflections and more than a suggestion of some decent light. I quickly set up & took a few shots, which I was glad I did because the water didn't settle again until nightfall.

Great colours - I'd be tempted to crop it and bring the horizon up or down to 1/3rd though.

Bet it would look good blown up to A1!
