Crummock & Mellbreak

Mellbreak is an interestingly shaped fell. It lends a distinctive shape to views from Buttermere, but for Crummock Water it really depends which angle you are looking at it from. I always think of this as the classic view- but there is little or no sense of Mellbreak's camel-like two humps from this side.

Its also quite steep at least from the Loweswater side despite its comparatively modest height! Very serene image and great reflections.
