Poor little thing has seen better days. I think I'd've cropped really close to the body/head area, leaving the damaged part of the wing off shot.

I've heard that the lifespan of butterflies is only about eight well so it is not so surprising when you meet damaged examples; I like as you the fluorescent quality of the colors. alfred
