A pleasant mistake!

This was taken on Saturday, when Alex and myself were doing the Ring of Steall.

I was just trying to get a good shot him as he contrasted very well with the snow and the clouds around us. But i had forgoten to change my settings, and hence over exposed this image.

I was surprised when i had a look at it at home, and i actually like it, what do you lot think?

I think it looks overexposed. The face, hat and bg lacks detail. Would like to see one with correct exposure.

Its good but I thimk I would like it a tad more if his face was just a bit more detailed. Spot on! Click!!!

I would have liked a bit more detail on the face like Greg says, still looks like a happy accident

Yes, I like it. The way you have framed it also adds to the impact with his foot spilling out over the frame.
