Is it a bird? is it a plane? No...

By Beardy
Sorry that i've not been posting recently, i have been very busy as i'm trying to pack up the house for a move down towards Bristol. I have also had the joy of been signed off work, due to taking a 5m fall, while soloing and have managed to break my hand and mess all the tendons and stuff up in my knee.

This is a series of shots that i caught while the seal was swimming towards me. These are all shot through curved glass, which made getting some of the shots abit tricky as the appeared rather dis-proportioned. On the originally images the air bubbles are lovely and sharp, this the best i can do to get them on here.

A very clever format, action-packed and yet gentle colours. I can see all the bubbles in large version and their trails add a lot to the sense of movement. It's a bit like looking at a film strip, the seal getting closer and larger.
I must say, have missed your input, Paul, and sorry to hear about your accident, hope everything heals successfully. Best wishes.
