Great shot! Just wondering what lens you used?

Croagh Patrick

Croagh Patrick by chazcherry

Nice shot, I was up the very mountain quiet alot over the past week as part of the 7 day challenge for Autism Ireland and can see it from the back of my house...Great colour in the shot, however I keep wanting to see a closer view of the mountain, which Im sure we will see in the coming days, I find the rocks/stones in the foreground a bit distracting, would prefer if it was cropped up as far as the seaweed, the stones to the front remind me of pieces of rubble or broken sections of roadway? Apart from my constructive criticism I think its a great shot...Looking forward to the other shots of Croagh Patrick...

Great shot!! I especially love the cold background and the bits of snow on the fur really add to the chill factor!!

Did he pose for the shot or was it just a random passerby? Great shot all the same...Plenty going on in the background too!

Did he speak to you....? "Get away from my nuts!"...A lovely shot, great clarity and lighting.

I can nearly hear the Sliotár hitting the ash! Lovely shot. Nice lighting, with the glint of sunshine off his helmet...

Brilliant shot, I love the colours and the blur of the background, I see you use the standard 18-55mm lens, just curious what macro attachment you use if any? I saw your query on the tamron 90mm lens also but am looking to get a macro lens myself.

Nice shot of this lovely dunnock...the background is slightly distracting but its the natural habitat so its a hard compromise...

Thats one hell of a shower on the way, looks like a tornado....works well in B&W..Good lighting and capture...The hut could probably be cropped out...
