I have no tripod. I had one hand steading the mirror and one hand holding the camera. It was very tricky, but I was too eager to do it rather than fix everything properly. So I don't think its a bad effort considering the circumstances. lol I am far too impatient for my own good.
Trouble is I find if I take too long doing a photo or thinking about doing it, then I lose interest. The idea came to me whilst laying down for a siesta so had to get up and do the shot there and then.- 12 Jul 2009 10:37PM

Best way to photograph wine bottles?
Shooting at night probably wouldn't be the best time as you would have all sorts of harsh glare from the overhead lights. I would recommend daytime shots. Providing you... -

Exposure problems
Does the Camera have a live histogram? This can help show when the picture is over or under exposed.
