A quick view of Beckyphotos's recent activity.

  • Evening Calm

Well said NeiWigan! Lots to look at in this shot - but that's not a bad thing! Your gaze naturally radiates out from the space on the left, much like the ripples of the water - flowing into the rest of the picture. I'd have called in 'blissful blue' but evening calm works too - it certainly is that.

  • Common Terns

Great shot - lovely movement. I'd probably have tried to straighten the post a little, but I guess you'd lose a bit too much of the wings in the background?

Earlswood Lakes are an old haunt of mine, didn't know there were terns there! My sister claims she once saw terrapins there, not sure I believe her!

PS: this seems to be classed as an adult photo!?

  • What an interesting and very varied portfolio
  • Very interesting portfolio, certainly an ecclectic mix - like you say! You display some very good technical knowledge which I aspire to have one day. Thanks for uploading you images and keep em coming!
  • A wonderfully varied portfolio to be proud of...you might not know the names of all the flowers but you certainly know how to photograph them! I adore your Orangutang pictures.

    Best Regards,
