Smooth As Silk

By MarkBroughton
Hi,

A oldie for tonight, sat in the processed but not uploaded folder. I uploaded some a few years back using a much closer in angle but this one is zoomed out. Taken using a B+W 10-Stop filter.

Thanks for looking
Mark

Obviously a night for waterfalls - a cracking image this Mark. Was this the one you posted as a mono some time ago?

Hi Adam, No, this is from the same day out, when I bumped into you at Colwyn bay, but this one is zoomed out a lot more than the others. The fern on the left is not on the other portrait versions, but I like its addition on this one. It is a big night for waterfalls. I decided I would upload this one when I was in work, uploaded it when I got home, then had a gallery browse and realised how many waterfalls have been uploaded today Smile

Thanks Alun, Mark and Derek for the comments too, and all the clickers, think this one is going to get printed to go on my wall...
Cheers

Fantastic shot Mark!

Great contrasting light between the fg and the sky and the fern really does add that something extra. Shot of the week for me.

Brilliant waterfall capture- the movement is perfectly milky, and that fern really stands out

A really impressive image - carefully composed and full of excellent detail. I love the movement you've captured in the water and the bit of colour from the fern peeking into the side of the frame.
