The last few weeks we had snow and artic Temps in Ireland. I’m just bulling I was working and couldn’t make the most of it with the long Xmas hours I work, its just like when your driving and glimpse a moment in time of the landscape but cant stop because your rushing somewhere. That’s life……….Paddy.

Lovely.
Colors remind me of the paintings of Monet.

Thanks Steven, Claude Monet had a style of art that I suppose was a little ahead of the acceptable customary art of his generation. Not unusual for those that showed the art world something different even though it was not conventional at their time, likewise with music. I do paint as well but I find it much harder to get composition, atmosphere and the colour that I want in a photo capture

To Beladd,

Hello Paddy, I'm sure this isn't the proper way to respond to your message, but I didn't see and other way to contact.

Thanks for the nice comments on my photo, your gallery took my breath away... beautiful!

In answer to your question a Clurichaune, is one of the wee folk that looks after the wine cellar, catching the drips (and maybe un-corking a few himself). The group 'Clurichaune' is now disbanded. And yes, I am a bodhran player and percussionist with my partner Jennifer White, a composer, Celtic harpist, singer and storyteller. I see you're from Irland... I'm with the FBI ... that is Forign Born Irish
my (father's) family left Sligo for Canada around 1840 and my mother's from the around Isle of Skye. My mother used to say she was from the Four Scots Corners of Ireland.

What a warm welcome I've received from this group, thank you all very much.Quote this post · Report Abuse My Tools: Edit
