Wells Beach Huts

By Bellie
A shot taken on the beach at Wells during the recent EPZ meet. I spotted these and had this selective colouring technique in mind when I took the photo. Never done it before so I have used the techniques section of EPZ to work it out.

I'm quite pleased with the result.

Beautifully crisp shot Andy. The technique works very well.

I have a very similiar shot from the day, might try it myself.

I'm very fond of beach-huts, probably because ours have been family huts since before I was born, now if I could selectively colour them at the touch of a button..........Wink
You've managed this very well.

Thanks for your comments. Looking at this image on screen I think it has lost a bit of contrast/depth after I have saved it for web. The original has much stronger detail.... oh well!
