Cats eyes

Cats eyes by AllyN

like the closeup here. A nice job cropping down to some specific features of your cat.

Only distraction really is the glare in the eyes, esspecially the left. Would have to either photoshop it out, or take the shot further from windows....which can be hard to do as cats don't pose very well for photographs too often!

my cat does this all the time! it must feel good

Twilight Zone

Twilight Zone by KingArthur

great shot, love the colors.

The architecture in this image is very interesting. It would be nice if that cruise ship was out of the way, so the shot would have an old feel to it.

well composed

I like the off centeredness of this shot, as well as the line leading out of the photo. well composed!

Cotswold Summer

what a field, fantastic!

This certainly is a location to remember, and go back and see what other types of shots can be found. Well done

its always interesting when you mix long shutters and lights!

Happy New Year II

like the symmety this shot has, and how the fireworks break it up a bit.

This shot is much better than my fireworks from last night, high winds messed up almost every picture Sad

Sun Rise in the Marsh

love the reflection in the river,

I like how the river takes your eye in the opposite direction as the setting sun, it divides the photo up nicely into vertical sections

a fitting title you have given this!

a nice b/w portrait here.

28 December.Shadows on the Bridge. by GeorgeRusky

I like the depth to this shot very much. I think it could use longer shadows from the couple though. As it is now, I was drawn more into the city than to the couple. I'm not sure how it could have been taken any different.

The more I look at the photo, the more I can't decide on what should be done, if anything, about the shadow.

Exposure and all those technical points look great.

Getting any firework shots tonight?

The Mill

The Mill by glazzaro

this shot looks great. very nice control on maintaining all of the details both in the building, and in the sky. It is a very dynamic image.

Chick-a-dee-dee-dee! by taggart

I would say this shot is perfect, besides the fact that the bird is not on a brance. Everything else though is extremely well done.

Mini waterfall

long shutter speed worked well here. Not sure I care for the location too much, with that metal fence in there. If the shot focused more on the fence it might be to my liking, opposed to focusing on the waterfall with the fence just a secondary object.

again great tones in this shot. This series of photos is great. They all bring out the features of the cat well.
