Shades of pink

My flowers looked so lovely in the garden this morning that I thought I would attempt a close up.

I can't remember what these plants are called but the petals are such a pretty colour I thought it would make a good photo.

Very, very pretty. Love the colours, dof and detail. I might have been tempted to take out the water droplet as it isn't clear and distracts a bit.

It's a beautiful flower, and well caught! Is it an osteospurnum? Gorgeous colours. Centre details are spot-on.. would've needed slightly larger DoF to catch the water drop spot-on, but with the DoF you have, it's still well caught and I like the composition you already have. Good shot!

great composition, the centre of the flower is such a great comparison to the pink of its petals!

But i do find that brown water droplet at the bottom centre abit of a distraction.

Very nice image and a great contrast of colour between the petals and the stemmy bluey thing in the middle.

My photography magazine says we should always keep a paintbrush in our camera bag to wipe away unwanted droplets or dust, but that just makes less room for the beer.
