Excellent shot. I like the capture of the low lying clouds rolling over the hills.

I think this is a very good landscape photo. The lead in from the bottom left lets the eye travel to the mid-ground rocks through to the road beyond. The format is well chosen. It also has excellent atmosphere. Taking photos in potentially bad weather can add something different and exciting to an image, so well done for spotting the opportunity.

I think this needs to be worked in a photoshop type program though. The tonal range looks to be quite narrow and could be helped by using levels. Move the left slider to the main mass of the histogram. This will improve the dark areas. Next, move the right slider to the main mass to improve the lights. Don't go too far with either as you'll get clipped highlights and shadows. That just means you'll lose information in those two areas. You can move the centre slider to adjust the mid-tones. This can enhance the overall feel of the photo.

Use curves to improve the contrast by pushing the straight line graph into a shallow 's' curve.
