orphan Annie

.. or 'Arry?
Thankyou Andrew, he/she is still alive.
My daughter came home and asked me to pick up this poor little mite, on the road all day and probably the previous night as well. It was so dehydrated and on it's last legs it took 4 hours to warm through and drops of water every 20 minutes for 5 hours before the skin dropped properly after pinching it. Weetabix, water, raisins and pumpkin seed, warm armpit, sleepless night and what a difference! 4 cameras later and I managed to get a 1megapixel picture......

the little tree rat started taking weetabix ground into powder then soaked and dripped from the syringe about 12.15 this morning, not too sure how long to hang on to him or what his chances will be if I do let him go - anybody got any advice please?

Hi, update on the tiddler - just been collected from us and is on his way to Secret World wildlife sanctuary about 20 miles away. Bless, hard to part with him but it's for the best, at least I am trying to convince myself and our daughter!!

I am supposed to be clicking 'n' runnin cos I'm way behind and have got 50 pages of thumbnails to go to catch up. But I just had to say well done, obviously a close run but I'm sure you've saved the little chap and it's great he's gone to the sanctuary. Glad your concern and efforts paid off. Well done!!! And a lovely pic!!!

Looking around your profile you have some great pictures the one I was really looking for and cant find to make a comment on is the train with all the smoke billowing as it comes out from under the bridge - will I ever get to find my way around this new site (goodness knows) is all this change a good thing? I dont know that either but there is a saying "if it works then leave it alone" I think sometimes the old ways are the best! Maybe less changes at one time would have been the way to go, I dunno - anyway getting off track now and back to your pics ONE WORD - GREAT
