another food shot.sory to have been missing so long but school holidays and grandghildren hove almost distroyed us so just got back from 2 weeks in cape verdi.this was part of ma project at work now accsepted and in use on the fresha web site. as i don't think any of you live close enough to make use of there aervices i think that i'm safe to give you the site address. www.fresha.org.I hope this will be allowed as i can't show you the one's that past

This looks delicious, and has put me right in the mood for some millionaires shortbread!

The main niggles I have with this shot are composition and colour. The crop is far to tight, the loss of the bottom of the strawberries and the top of the short bread detracts from the overall image, a generous square crop with the food more central would work really well here.

The background has a grey cast that makes the image flat, a soft diffuse white background would work better.

That being said the main aim of these types of photo are to make the food look appetising, which you have succeeded in doing, a new crop and a tweak of the colour would make this positively mouthwatering!

I welcome all constructive critique.But in my defence i did point out that these are the ones rejected by fresha. The one's they are using on there web site I am mot allowed to use so you would have to look them up on there site, i don't agree with all of there selections but they are the one's paying so i acsept it.
