Walk the line

I was about a 100 yards down river trying to get a picture of the fish jumping,then out of the corner of my eye i spotted this young lady walking across the weir fortunately for my she had seen me running towards her and she stopped to wait for me but it was still all over in just over a minute. so just asking how did i do under pressure

Hello, Bob. Sometimes you have to be quick when you "see" a picture, and I think you did well. The girl is in good focus, there is a lovely reflection of her in the water, and the contrast between the water movement on the left and right adds interest. Going by the wall, I rotated the image to the right, but the girl then looked as if she was toppling into the water, and the tree reflections on the right were on a diagonal, so I went the other way and she now stands straight and proud. I cropped to place her top left in the frame, but also wanted to keep some of the fast downward flowing water on the left, so that it was still obvious where she was and what she was doing. I selectively sharpened the girl and her reflection, and darkened the burnt out water in the foreground.
