Hello & welcome to my images; this will be the first time that I have put out images into the public domain; I'm hoping I get feed back, for better or worse comments, should have done this a few years ago.

A quick view of bigwheels's recent activity.

  • Tupps

Lovely image, telling story, nicely balanced, nice cropped image (landscape), tupps are well caught, tones are good, as l said nicely balanced with the tree on the right, the frost made this image, lm blown.

  • Autumn Walk

Thank you for your comments, I know what a judge would say - too colourful, manipulated - who cares I like it

  • Blue and orange

A very nice image, nice and sharp on the bill and eye, catch lights in the eye, back ground defused, in my opinion three little bits need doing ( 2 green areas) on left side and on right top side, desaturase or do a content aware fill and a little burning on branch, l do like it, not trying to be negative or offend.

  • wood sky and sand

I can see what you appear to be showing, the added sky is not suitable for this image, no story, no leading in, the beach exposure is a little flat, over cooked, so sorry to be negative, but we all have them, as long as you like it, well - hell to every one else.
My suggestion try another sky, burn the bottom of the beach and the left and right side, better still leave the original sky, duplicate the layer and change the blending mode- try overlay or multiple, it may be better than adding a new sky.

  • Sharp Rocks

A nice image, taken late, showing light patterns, I personally think this could have been taken with a polariser or a filter on - could be better in monochrome, with a bit of doge and burn, in the right areas

  • Invincible

Nice moving portrait, which is telling a story, fantastic in mono, well presented, areas burnt in well, leading into the frame, blowing hair, neck and shoulders falling out lovely, I personally think mono was right for this subject, a little criticism [ watch the catch lights in the eyes] it appears to be wrong, the flash unit looks like it is reflecting , shape of unit ? would like to see this as a print in front of me as I may be wrong, as usual.
I have put this image on my short listing - would have given an award, but the eye's of a woman ?

  • Got it framed.

Castle Howard Yorks- a good idea, which should be redone l personally think, when there is no scaffolding on the bell dome and may be a nice sky in the back ground, not a bad try - one could have done that in Photoshop, but I believe in getting it right without Photoshop , one can only plan, nature does the rest!!
