Hi, Is it Canon MP-E 65mm 1-5x Macro Lens or similar lens you used. If yes, it's not that easy to use it as you have to take several shots considering the DOF is extremely shallow. Great macro shot. Well done

Yes ,it is Canon 40D+canon mp-e 65 1-5x
