More Snow on the Way

By bill33
My sincere thanks to everyone for your kind comments and awards on my previous image,it is very much appreciated. Another image taken early Saturday afternoon and once again the Black Mount as the backdrop. A different lochan and a different view of the Black mount. With the cold weather constantly changing and the sun breaking through the overcast sky, now and again highlighting just on the area I was set up for. (you just have to be lucky at times) About 40 mins after this shot it snowed. Your comments as always would be very much appreciated. Bill.

Thanks for your commments Bill

A great image of Rannoch Moor too - similar to the one I wll be uploading tomorrow in fact.

Have to agree - Rannoch Moor is one of my favourite locations too, but unfortunatly have to drive 350 mile to get thereSad

A wonderfully crisp and fresh looking landscape, wonderfully composed and exposed.

I can almost feel the cold in this, love the composition and the small lighter patches caught by a weak sun.

Wonderful contrast of cold and crisp with the warmth which is still retained in the grassland. A marvellous image!

Bill, well done on the GE award, another great shot from Saturday......well worth the cold fingers just to get any of your last uploads. They are full of winter drama and tone throught, very nice work mate.

Bill these images are all so amazing. The light is beautiful.
The ice around the f/g rocks is stunning.
