Rest a While

Looking down towards Glencoe with the Buachaille Etive Mor to the left of the photograph, another image from last week, this time at aprox 10.00am,the sun still trying to break through clouds. My thanks once again to everyone for your time to view and for your very kind comments on my previous images, they are much appreciated. Bill.

..... "and let us idly stray in glimmering valleys, cool and far away"

Great title for this vista, Bill. I suppose it could get overdone but I do like benches in landscape images. Excellent image.

I wonder how many have sat on this bench as they double check their gear, for the climb or the photography of this grand place.

What a strategically placed bench to sit and drink in that scene, Bill: fine composition, the light and winter colours beautifully captured.

Lovely evocative image. Sorry I missed it when first posted. One of the benefits of the hotly disputed versus mode.
