Good morning all.
I've only had a total of 45 minutes shooting time in Glencoe, split into two visits: one going north to Skye; one returning south from Skye.
This two shot panorama was taken on the former, during a fifteen minute stop when we first encountered "that mountain."
I'd no idea it has been photographed to death at the time, but now, having perused this site, I realize there exists a myriad of images of it.
I thought I might as well add mine!
I don't recall seeing many (or any) shots from this particular viewpoint, or in this format.
The middle-of-the-day lighting wasn't as dramatic as I'd have liked, but I hope I have made up for it to some extent in the composition. I hope I've given some inkling of the sense of scale of this place.
This was (so far) a once in a lifetime capture: our second, southbound, stop was rained-drenched.
I'd love to go back someday.
The size restiction here, may not suit this format; we'll see.
