I'm not sure about needing more dof - his eyes and nose look sharp which is what your eyes track to - the other bits out of focus shows the depth and adds to his fuzzy hair do! Talking of which, he looks like he's having a bad fur day!!

Those trees and tombstones encircling the church set the frame well - and that fog - great atmosphere!

Tri-colours Tree by Birdseye
Thanks - the elephant was useful as it used its trunk to shade my super-wide angle which is a bugger for getting glare on it.
The nature reserve was on the stunning Dunhamgetti, at the foot of the majestic Mancunicum Penninenia mountains. You have to pick your times to be in the park due to the irratic and unpredictable migrations of homo-sapiens and their new borns - the noise and behaviour is remarkable and at times intimidating.
