A right caper!

By Birdseye
Our caped crusader’s ultimate caper – "The release of the imprisoned capers".

In darkness, deep at the back of a cupboard lived the “capers”. Silent and unassuming, unused and unwanted – nobody knew exactly what to do with them or what exactly they were for!?!

Old and wrinkled and doused with “eau du vinaigrette” they weren’t the most attractive culinary accessory. As the sell by date approached, the recycle bin was their certain destiny until . . . the patron saint of capedness ripped open their cell to release the little chaps ably assisted by fermenting volatile vinegar, propulsing the little blighters to certain freedom.

Where next ??
